A daring splash of conspicuous color, the TechnoMarine Women's Cruise Original Lipstick Fuchsia Watch is a high-quality mix of style and function. At first glance, the fuchsia silicone band sings beautifully in concert with fuchsia accent coloring around the dial and the subdials in the chronograph. These colors are made more vivid when paired with the sterile stainless steel of the case and bezel. The bezel features fuchsia-colored second markers for the first 15 seconds before only offering hour markers. A fuchsia band circles the dial offering white second markers. The stainless steel dial features silver-toned, luminous hands and a fuchsia second hand that all click along silver-toned hour markers. There is also full chronograph functionality, a date display window between the 4 and 5 'o clock positions and a logo emblazoned at the 12 'o clock position. The entire dial is protected by a scratch-resistant mineral crystal and the watch's hands are powered by Japanese quartz movement. The right side of the watch features wide stainless steel buttons, along with a textured crown with a fuchsia accent. The entire watch stays on the wrist thanks to a stainless steel buckle clasp. True to its label as a diving watch, it has water resistance up to 660 feet.
The TechnoMarine Story
When TechnoMarine introduced its first luxury chronograph in transparent gel in 1997, it imposed a new concept that created many waves in the traditionally conservative watch making industry: TechnoMarine had invented a new class of high-end Swiss watches.
In 1999, TechnoMarine added diamonds to the rotating bezel of the "Raft", and the "TechnoDiamond" was born, the first ever combination of diamonds on a diving chronograph with an interchangeable gel strap.
The industry claimed that the idea was "insane", and TechnoMarine single-handedly managed to revolutionize the market with a product born of the never-before conceived and almost "sacrilegious" association between plastic and diamonds. More than 150,000 models were sold while thousands of look-alikes began to flood the market.
The "TechnoDiamond" became a watch which represented a certain lifestyle that people wanted to be identified with.
TechnoMarineΓÇÖs new collection is a fascinating immersion into a world of technical proficiency and fusions, full of unexpected feelings, colors and designs.
More and more, TechnoMarine timepieces call attention to the subtle associations between high-end Swiss watches and luxury accessories with a fusion of aesthetic uniqueness and watch making expertise, always drawing inspiration from the ocean and sea universe.
